disclosed, except to the Gaming Facility Operator for inclusion on their lists, or to appropriate law enforcement
agencies, if needed, in the conduct of an official investigation or unless ordered by a court of competent
jurisdiction. This list will be distributed only to Gaming Facility Operators that are part of the Tobique Gaming Commission platform and therefore, the exclusion will be forced only upon them,
and by registering for self-exclusion you consent to your details being shared in this manner.
Self exclude
The self exclusion process should only be completed by the person seeking to exclude themselves from the participating Gaming websites. Applying in the name of another person is prohibited.
